QuantiSure Protection System

 

The QuantiSure System is a process of preparation and implementation of products, like our QuantiSHIELD PTS II or QuantiSHIELD PTS XII and finished with our QuantiShield specialized coating, for the protection of concrete structures with steel rebar; or steel beams, tanks, bridges, pipelines, pipes and other steel structures.  Quanticorp Holdings QuantiSures system could extend the life of the property several years. This depends on the extent and conditions of the corrosion contamination the structure has.

 

QuantSure System I provide protection against corrosion of new and existing structures. Our QuantiSHIELD TPS II or QuantiSHIELD TPSXII can be easily applied to prevent deterioration in a corrosive environment. It significantly reduces the corrosion rate, and is designed to prevent further damage in structures where corrosion has already taken place. QuantiSHIELD TPS XII provide protection to structure that is steel-reinforced with concrete from the damaging effects of corrosion.

 

QuantiSHIELD TPS is an amine corrosion inhibiting both anodic and catholic sites. The multifunctional performance guarantees better corrosion protection. This provides protection of reinforcing steel from corrosion induced chloride and carbonation. It can be applied to expose reinforcing steel before placing concrete material or patches. Has been proven effective in laboratory analysis and field system easily applied corrosion inhibition by using spray, roller, blade or brush to any concrete surface. It does not require the removal of sound concrete or use high labor cost and installation equipment.
